Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items must have tags still on and returned in original product packaging.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return, and attach images of faulty product/s.

  2. Send all items back to us using the information provided.

    Please note: PTRN is not liable for any damages caused in transit to its destination. PTRN takes reasonable steps to ensure your order arrives in good condition, however, should the product/s in your order become damaged in transit, please contact us.

Additional Information:

  • Once your return has been received by us, we will process your return. Please allow 5-10 business days to do so.

  • Customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return of goods.

  • We do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind.

  • We do not accept returns if you have not contacted us prior.
