Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items must have tags still on and returned in original product packaging.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, and have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return, and attach images of faulty product/s.
Send all items back to us using the information provided.
Please note: PTRN is not liable for any damages caused in transit to its destination. PTRN takes reasonable steps to ensure your order arrives in good condition, however, should the product/s in your order become damaged in transit, please contact us.
Additional Information:
Once your return has been received by us, we will process your return. Please allow 5-10 business days to do so.
Customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return of goods.
We do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind.
We do not accept returns if you have not contacted us prior.
